A very friendly and helpfull staff (thank you Daniel!!) The rooms are clean and efficient, excellent beds! No whining about size of rooms; this is NY guys! We requested a high floor because of night club in the hotel. Thank you STAY, you gave our stay that extra sparkle !
elevators are slow and small and mainly used by staff.

The Hotel was friendly, quiet, ideal location, excellent reception decor - ultra modern, plasma TV, large shower room, nice aquarium, value, lovely shower room, air con, clean, projections on wall in courtyard - excellent idea. Request a high floor.
Tv functions didn't work all we could do was change the channel, couldn't adjust volume and couldn't turn off via remote. Minibar was very very expensive. Wallpaper had marker pen marks and some slight tear but nothing major. Was fairly small but expected that in New York, however was bigger than we expected. Hallways were a big dark but probably gave our eyes a break from the city lights.

My son Ruben and myself had a great time at the Stay-Hotel. The people who are working there are so nice and supporting you all time. We will come back, because the STAY is our second home in New York. We love it. Thanks to all of you.

Interesting, newly renovated, very modern lobby and room decor, excellent location if you like the busy Times Square area, lots to do within blocks! We got a decent package deal (hotel & airfare) online. Helpful staff; manager responded quickly & very professionally to our one major complaint.
The loud techno-dance music from Aspen nightclub ruined our first night, so request a higher floor if you want a quieter room after your hectic New York day. Rooms are small, but serviceable. Hallways are narrow & dark.

The rooms were lovely and clean. The maid service was excellent with fresh towels and bedding every other day. The beds were extremely comfortable which was exactly what was needed after a busy day sight-seeing and shopping. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. Also, the Aspen nightclub on the entrance floor was fun if you want to have a dance but not be too far from your room. All the staff were helpful and informative. I would recommend this hotel to a young at heart traveller. Very modern hotel! I very much look forward to visiting this hotel again in the future.
My only dislike would be the prices in the hotel were perhaps a little expensive for drinks and food, but as I didnt actually eat in the hotel, I cant comment on where the higher prices were justified.

Very close to times square, subway stops, and tons of places to eat. Very cute lobby and bar.
Cleaning crew only came once, and they didn't make the bed or change the towels (not really sure what they did actually) rooms are incredibly small and hard to get around in. The hotel lists free WIFI, but its only if you use it in the lobby with a code. If you want to use it in your room, its 10 dollars a day. The staff was not very friendly. The hallways were small (hard to get luggage down) and the elevators were extremely slow.
